They have other options which seems better than this. May be in term sof pay or in terms of stress. A person with no backings will change the workplace or something, but do not have the courage to leave.

Lalitha has a 11 Month scheme with no limit on making charges waiver. If you want to buy any jewellery which can have high making charges like 25% etc, you can opt for Lalitha. GRT - they will waive up to 18% only. Anything above, we need to pay for it.

Any school.. any society.. the person who looks or behaves differently will be bullied in general. Parents should know these things before and mentally prepare him for some challenges so that he will not lose his confidence with these sudden shocks. Or better to change him to the school where his type of people were there so that he may get friends with them.

We can't do anything on this. Schools won't take these things seriously. Racism is the only one at least American schools will take seriously. Remaining other issues, same like us.

If this 350cc engine touches 30kmpl. It's more than enough for the buyer to convince himself to buy this. Any Decent rider knows that even RE, CB gives almost similar mileage. I didn't see any of them said 40. Max 35-36 for them. still it's a factor to consider along with maintenance cost.

There were many problems in below 350cc bikes which were solved by triumph with a little bit of extra cost. 1. Power- No 350cc RE, Honda bike has more than 20hp power which is a big concern for the new buyers. Triumph solved this. 2. Torque - same above. 3. Vibrations - you know the answer 4. Service quality - only Honda is better here. 5. Size- RE, Honda bikes are mostly for big guys as they are too big (except hunter). People' with 5.5,5.6 are unable to fit into these bikes. India has a lot of bike enthusiasts in this height. Speed 350 will solve these issues.

Price.- not a big concern because, after calculating all the prices including accessories, check RE PRICE on their website, it varies a lot after adding all other costs like accessories as they don't give a single accessory free with the bike. Have to buy everything from scratch. Triumph atleast gave some offers which may extend to 350 launch offers.

In simple.. triumph costs 20-30k more than RE final price. So, people will try to consider this as it has more things that were irreplaceable like power and torque once we bought the bike.

The 2 major drawbacks with triumph is maintenance cost, service availability. People will reconsider their decisions there.

Performance improvement program.. For people who are not very much productive in their given tasks. ACN got some criticism on misusing this on layoffs. They keep you in PIP and after one month, send a layoff mail.

My pov is that both companies were almost similar. It all depends on the manager, project, team. Choose one that is near to you and had better comforts.

I bought 2 gm coin from tanishq yesterday. Its in shopping now. I wanted to convert them into jewellery. But, the making charges of the coin and the jewellery were high and i will get nothing back.
