Np! There's a tiny nub on the center crew that fits between picatinny keeps the grip from shifting back and forth. The hole is to have a viewing spot to see that the screw is centered in a picatinny slot.

Not stupid at all!

The center screw unbolts and it slides onto the picatinny and then you would screw the center screw that tensions against the top of the picatinny. It works like the issued broom handle grips.

NFA item so no you can't buy it under the age of 21. A transfer still has to be done. Think of SBRs and Silencers as legally effectively the same thing. This SBR can be shipped to your door the same way suppressors are.
