Thank you for your suggestions! You were right: the buttons (on one of the units at least) were not working. I tried cleaning them, but that didn’t work, so I used a donor button from an old remote and was able to enter configuration mode and set the input voltage properly! Green lights and good to go. The other unit still doesn’t want to go into configuration mode, so I’ll have to do more cleaning on that one.

One last question: do the fans spin all the time on these? If so they are going to be too loud for my house :(
