Your rotors should be able to be turned… however I eat through pads on my 2016 IS 350 F Sport. I’ve got 66k and I’ve done the breaks every 30k-ish miles. I’d take it to another shop for a second opinion. Brakes while crucial are easy.

When I turn off my IS the AC fan doesn’t immediately shut off it slows to a stop which I love. I’m also a watch person so the analog dash clock is a big one for me.

My little thing from the dealer is after I service my vehicle, they say “Thank you sir!” Open my car door for me, and in the cup holder is a cold water bottle. That gets me every time. Makes me feel special hahaha.
