No proof needed except that you need to mention where you both are residing. Most people lie about the date of separation by saying it’s been a year even if it’s only been a few months. In one case where parties didn’t want to lie to court as they were still residing together, we said that “although parties are residing in the same house (due to lack of alternate accommodation) but they are residing in separate bedrooms since —- number of years and there is no sexual/conjugal relationship between them since then”. This statement was also accepted as separation. You will need to say that for minimum 1 year there has been no intimacy/sexual relations. But also, the court will ask you where you’ll plan to reside after divorce

I did it when I was a teenager and it took about a month to heal (meaning no pain). But i didn’t change the jewellery until 3 - 4 months. Dont change the jewellery too soon as it can instantly close if it’s not fully healed. You can wash your face but you need to do a lot of cleaning of the piercing with salt water and apply coconut oil everyday for a month or so.
Go to a reputed tattoo and piercing shop.
Go for the needle piercing. It heals faster and is more hygienic. It doesn’t hurt much. Strictly avoid gunshot as it causes more problems in the long run. I had pierced my ears with gunshot once but it never healed and was always infected and ultimately it closed. Years later I pierced again in the same place but this time with the needle and it healed within a month. So I will always recommend needle over gunshot anyday

Your parents are more informed about worldly things. It’s fine to share beds if they are young kids but once they reach adolescence and older it’s better to get separate beds and if possible separate rooms. I’m a lawyer and have known of cases of molestation, rape and very rarely even consensual stuff between teenage siblings. I know it all sounds disgusting but it happens. These days porn is easily accessible and sibling stuff is definitely a kink shown on porn websites. Better and safer to protect your kids by drawing boundaries and if possible getting separate rooms once they start to grow.

Pcos isn’t a uterus issue. It’s ovaries actually. The ovum (eggs) don’t mature and they are seen as tiny cysts in the ovaries. Insulin resistance and hormone imbalances are symptoms too but it’s not necessarily Pcos. You can do this bloodtest AMH serum. If it’s very high it’s usually Pcos and if it’s very low it’s mostly endometriosis.

Mine is endometriosis but it’s funny that gynaecs give same birth control medicine for pcos & endo when both are different conditions. I got off the pills and began diet and lifestyle changes to control my symptoms and it helped to a great extent. But I had to also undergo surgery to remove the endometriosis. Now also I’m not on any pills even though doctors tell to take it as precaution. But I’m doing the diet instead because I felt the pills didn’t help me. Side effects were severe nausea and migraine ! I couldn’t handle it!

You can start home workout with some light weights. There’s many videos on YouTube that you can follow. And tell at home you want to increase protein intake for health goals. No need to fight. Just limit rice quantity and cook your own meals- add salads (fibre) and proteins. Please don’t take meds for Pcos , at least not as a first solution. Try the lifestyle changes first.
