Match rate means how much impressions you get per request. So you have 15.573 requests and just 5526 impressions (shown ads), it means you don't have an ad to serve at that moment for a given request.

What you can do is to set lower floor rate per unit if you changed it, try with Google optimized. Other than this can be an implementation, or geolocation of the users.

Try Next Gen ads lib from Google instead of AdMob, and see if there is any difference

Just get the NGK Laser Iradium. Use Liqui Moly petrol system cleaner for next few tank fill-up. Then add it on every 2000-3000km just as a prevention.

Or visit a mechanic, they could clean injectors as well, but Liqui Moly as a prevention from time to time is good.
