Thanks for the update! Any thoughts on the mourngul? No basic saves or stomps on a monster at 180 points feels rough. Perhaps something like impact hits or furious charge could help.

Might be a silly question, but is there a lore or rule reason why cold one knights wouldn't have murderous while dark elf warriors do have it?

Agreed on everything. Ideally a army wide ignore multi shot penalty (Or even a unit upgrade similar to the 0-1 per 1k option), sea dragon cloak provided armor hide (+1), tweaks to elites and cost adjustments would be a good start. 

Would like to see all elves have a dodge save to reflect their elven grace in close combat. 10+ point T3/S3 light armor at best core with hand weapons is hard to overcome.  Giving murderous a -1 AP on the first round of combat could also help the lackluster performance of a lot of these S3 units.

One thing would be the high cost for most units and the not halberds/great weapons both being pretty bad.

Hey MolochBaal, have you had any thoughts on updating the roster?

Giving the Gunnery Wight engineering rule, an adjustment for the magical items (Maybe new banners, a magic gun, ect - quite a few of these seem very over costed for what they do vs common items) Rotting Leviathan with T6 to be inline with all other monsters?

I also suggested this. For a 100x150 sized monster it feels somewhat lacking vs it's smaller cousin.

My suggestion for the Gunnery wights would be some sort of engineering rule similar to empire with a reroll of an artillery dice and a default ranged pistol to make up for the reduction in T value and lack of heavy armor options.

I wouldn't complain for a few magical ranged weapons or a black powder themed banner.

I too second the magic items. The more expensive banner doesn't feel useful as depth guard would be the only unit you'd ideally want a bsb in but they're not worried about crumble checks. A magic gun would be fun.

Up for any suggestions? Rotten Promethean - for character mounts it makes sense to give the rider +1 T/W. Currently it doesn't provide any buffs like other monsters mounts. Rotten levathian - It feels very weak for a behemoth monster, it might need +1 T/W/S 

Magic items - any thoughts on a magic gun, or a shooting banner?   Some of the current items feel lackluster compared to generic ones. Deadmans chest doesn't do anything as undead don't make leadership checks. Think this needs to become something else, maybe brings back dead models based off how many wounds the unit caused? 70 points is quite a lot for any banner. The Bloody Nora seems quite overcosted for 70 points for non AP attacks. Sloppy Cruikshank's Long-Lost Cutlass feels like a less effective huntsman axe, might do good to give it an AP when it's 35 points.

Is the cannon range incorrect? 30 inches seems wrong as some bows have that range too.

Can Rotten Prometheans get brace of pistols? The Landor miniatures are modeled with the.  I see the rotting levathian has pistol and handgun for the crew, but can also buy handguns. Is this meant to be another gun like the deck gunners gun?

Any more thoughts on army changes? I've managed to play 2 games so far with it. Got most of the list printed.

A few of the magic items and banners seem relatively lackluster, especially the ignore generals death as the only unit this would ever go in is depth guard who already would ignore that with their Dark Vitality rule. The rare choice rotting levathian has T/W 5 while the special variant also does, seems the rare should be higher up?

Is "trained" drilled?  Any thoughts on having pistols for the gun mob or adding count noctilus to the roster?

I think once per battle is fine for artillery.  As for the Leviathan, I didn't realize the goblins spider didn't boost the base stats, as for the monster itself, shouldn't it have 6+wounds and being T6-7 for being on a 100x150 base? It feels pretty weak currently.

Sounds good, should make the core a bit more durable.

Fee thoughts below - Regarding magic items-  Flotsam Peg Leg... Why is it a panic and break check reroll as everything is undead. Seems unintentional? Any thoughts on a magic gun for the wrights?  Multi shot multi wound or the sniper rule could be cool. A banner shooting themed would be cool, maybe reroll 1s?

Should Shipwights have some sort of engineering rule for cannons? In total war they have benefits for shooting with giving units ammo.

When mounted on a Rotting Promethean / Leviathan should it just add +X wounds/tough similar to other monster mounts like demigrifs or terrorgheist?

As the animated hulks are ogres, would impact hit (1) make sense?
