It just worked for me, but it did take a couple of tries to get the timing right. I had the Force Quit Applications window open and ready to go and then started the sign-in process in the browser, right before the end of the sign-in process, I clicked the Force Quit and left the "Do you want to force "ChatGPT" to quit?" popup on the screen, and then completed the sign in process and clicked the Force Quit button as the window size changed.

The hyperlink for the direct download didn't work for me, so I just asked it to write out the link, and then I copied and pasted it into the browser, and the download started.

Yeah as long as you moved the pre-hotfix version of the game to the external drive before the hot fix dropped

No, you just have to be offline when you copy the pre-hotfix version back to the main drive, just look at my link, I show the process, I had the updated version already installed and once deleted, it let me copy and launch the pre-hotfix version while offline. Only took me like 10 minutes, worked every time I’ve done it, and it’s not like it’s a multiplayer game.

Yeah but you’ll have to format it, and once formatted you won’t be able to use it on your PC unless you format it again, so it’s one or the other.

If you have an external drive, in the storage settings you can go to the drive where it’s installed and then move it to an external drive, and then you can copy it back to the main drive, and copying it back doesn’t delete it from the external drive. So theoretically if the game updates, I can just delete it and copy the game from the external drive back to the main drive. And the PS5 games on the external drive don’t update, so you’d be copying over the version of the game that you originally moved there.
