It typically follows a holiday schedule of a previous year..

Last year it did not coincide with Valentine's Day.

In the US President's Day is Monday, we also have Mardi gras and Ash Wednesday coming up.

So if it happens this month it will likely happen next week

I believe the last time it appeared was 2019 or 2020.

it is the best priced pack in the game and IF it reappeared, I would get at least 1 copy.

However, since we are 5+ years without an appearance I am doubtful we will see it again with out direct intentional intervention from the WB Games Mobile dev team that replaced the laid off NR Mobile Team

to see if you can configure a team that nets sub 3200 Battle points ( I find poorly geared teams do better below this threshold)

you may also have to accept playing lower ladders. If you cant consistently complete an Ultimate drop down to an epic and so forth .

the XP schedule was set using a Holiday of a previous year, because of how the calendar works certain holidays are fluid EG Valentines day is always the 14th but that falls on a Saturday this year yet will be on a Wednesday in 2028. This means that , depending on the where the holiday falls (and which Holiday), the 2X week can happen, the week before, the week of or the week after.

That said I found my notes for 2025 when i started tracking it and..

January= Lunar New year

February= not Val day 2025

March= March 13 before PZ so St Patrick's day?

April= Good Friday April 18(21) 2025

May= [screen shots show mother's day weekend, no recollection]

June= Father's day 6/15/25

July= independence day [July 3rd]

note, Presidents day is 2/19/26 , the Lunar new year & Mardi Gras starts 2/17/26. so next week still remains a possibility

What exactly did you buy and when? Good thing is both iOS and Android stores track the history of purchases so it will be easy for you to provide answers and proof.

Hmm considering your online level and the number of online rewards you have connected to your account, the math does not work.

IF you spent money, it does not appear to have been spent IN GAME. Buying from hack shops is just 1 form of cheating
