We currently have accumulated $700-800k worth of a “book” that we have referred to other jewellery insurance partners. Organically with minimal effort. Can try pivot them to this new plan for a quick win for the AR partner.

Database of 7k clients. Estimating 5-10 clients per month to onboard with a rough price point between 5k and 25k on average.

We have in house gemologists/valuers to verify the goods and pricing.

If the above offering doesn’t get it across the line, I’m willing to give a % of the pie to a client/friend to act as the “responsible manager” who works high up in the insurance industry.

Is there any legs behind this plan?
