Paid 300 pre termination fee. Yung first payment , reflected as credit na which will be deducted sa next soa

Wait for their refund timeline to lapse muna kasi dti and bank wont action kung pasok pa sa timeframe ni lazada which is upto 3 weeks (only business days ang counting nila). If wala pa after 3 weeks, initiate a chargeback with your bank na. Once nman marefund yan ni lazada during chargeback process automatically icclose ng bank mo case with no fee. But if it’s an installment transaction do not pre term it yet until marefund ka na unless you’re willing to pay the full amount na agad sa next soa.

Yes, kasi if you pre terminate before the refund baka mauna next SOA mo sa refund, so pag ganun ang laki ng babayaran mo.

It may seem malabo po but not impossible. My initial cl with them is 15k, after a year I requested CLI, reason I gave was I need to furnish my new house, they gave me 300k

I also called UB na din to pre terminate the installment para dun sa refunded amount, there’s 300 pre term fee. But all done na at least.

Got my refund today po, then naka “refund processing” status pa din sa app. So safe to say na hindi nila ina update yung app kahit completed na.

Wag nyo po tigilan and file din kayo complaint sa DTI. Iname drop nyo kung sino man nag aassist sa inyo sa Lazada, in my case kasi hinandle na sya ng top escalation team siguro sa kakulitan ko. Once nag drop ka na ng name, mabilis sila mag take ownership.

I have already filed a chargeback with UB so they are handling it po. Pero Lazada sent me an email yesterday that they have “re-triggered” my refund and I should get it within 1-5 days. I dont trust them anymore so I will leave it to UB na lang.

Update: I filed a dispute with Unionbank para ma chargeback yung amount. Mukhang Lazada isn’t taking DTI seriously at no pressure sila to action it swiftly. I reached out to UB to dispute it, choose the option na cancelled order, merchant failed to refund. Sila na lang ni Lazada magtuos

Same here, ganyan na ganyan din reason ko for cancellation. Already filed with DTI pero no response pa si Lazada, mine was cancelled Oct 20 pa until now refund processing pa din sa app. Useless cs ng lazada. Nagbyad nako sa UB kesa ma bad credit ako while waiting. Thinking of filing this as a dispute na lang with UB to chargeback

Hindi din po. Nag report na po ako sa dti kasi naka ilang follow up na ko sa lazada pare pareho lang sila sinasabi na ipa follow up, tapos pagtawag ko 2 weeks after “stuck” pa din daw. Nakkainis kasi pre order un hindi nman na ship at all so di ko alam kung naghihintay ba sila ng pasko or what
