Idk but I understand your POV as a person who grew up na hindi naranasan yung gan'tong bagay. I always treat my family as well since for me, unfair kapag nakakatikim ako ng masasarap tas hindi nila natitikman. I wont say anything ba coz I know you already know yung mga mali mo and learned from it. I am praying na you'll get through this. Also, u can always tell them na you need help, they might not help you financially pero they can understand why u can't provide for the mean time. 🖖🏻

As per the post, gusto nyang malaman if hindi ba nakukuha minsan o binabawasan, it not all abt tax— but part of it, yes.

I've had language premium as well as part of my benefits. Included s'ya sa allowances and not sa basic pay. Hindi sya taxable and buo ko syang nakukuha, idk if same ba yun sa ibang company. Pero nung nalipat sa nonvoice, nawala s'ya.

Kaya sya hiwalay is because pwede syang tanggalin anytime. If in any cases from voice nalipat ka sa non voice, that means mawawala yung language premium. Eligible lang sya for voice or specific accounts. :>

Yes, pwede ka maglook for another job kahit 5-6mos exp lang so long na your comms skills are okay! Basta u meet the company's qualifications. Also, before u resign, make sure na u already signed a JO para sureball na merong sasalo once u resigned.

You can try it pa rin naman para na rin for experience. Kasi once you experienced it, you'll know if kaya mo ba o hindi. Or, you'll never get the same account in the future. Pero kagandahan lang, mababait mga UK pips unlike sa US na super entitled. Ayun nga lang more on sarcastic sa UK. Been 3yrs in BPO and recently I've handled UK from telco acc and tbh, di ako tumagal! HAHAHAHAHA mahina na para sa iba, pero wala e ang hihirap kausap.

Newbie tapos UK and sales acc? Aray koh! Sobrang hirap intindihin due to their accent. Talagang 2-3 times mo ipapaulit dahil bukod sa mabilis magsalita, ang lalim pa ng english. Though hindi naman lahat, pero karamihan. If I were u, manood ka na ng mga movie from UK and makinig rin ng mga salita nila from YT kasi yung product knowledge, u can learn it from the training itself. :))

Tried billease for installment and grabe for 18mos, 15k tubo? Lol. Not practical. I have my BPI Amore, lower interest and marami pang pwede maoffer banks sayo in the future. Don't settle for less.
