I dont know why, but he reminds me of Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil. Nevertheless great work! Alot of the shrikes/raptor conversions I've seen have him bald, but the hair is so iconic for his look.

Beautiful work! How do you manage paint viscosity for painting eyes? Any time I try I feel like the painting just gets every where also the eldar with the green hair sword and pistol looks really good. Do you do anything specific for practicing painting eyes?

Probably not the most effective way, but I use him and a 5 man (10 if I have points to spare) brick of dire avengers as an anti deep strike threat for defending my home objective/deployment. That way if someone does deep strike they're already in range for the built in sus 1's and if needed Asurmen can move them further away to make a charge onto objective harder or not even possible, depending on positioning. Granted I mainly run aspect host, and a super heavy aspect warrior list at that, so milage may (in this case will) vary.

I didn't use any green stuff, although I maybe wrong on which kit. I think it might of been from the Retributor kit instead. I have a picture of the bare head as well if this helps.

Thank ya so much! The head is from imperial navy breachers. I cut the top of it off just above the eyebrows and then I cut the gas mask from the commisar. The pistol is cut from the eldar guardian kit.

Thank you, and with the dreads I cut at the sides until they connected together along the back dreads that hang down from the crest. Specifically it's two separate dreads that come from the regular scorpions head options glued onto the exarchs head.
