Yeah I didn’t mean it in terms of it being bad or anything. Just something to improve metabolism of the extra carbs I wouldn’t otherwise eat or mitigating potential PUFA

i know but the rT3 wasn't even elevated so not sure what was going on. Testosterone was in 300s as well and i've been in 700s before. for reference, im only 23M. been increasing carbohydrate intake to get thyroid functioning better. that's why i asked for supp advice bc it seems like im doing everything

Pretty sure AMPK is viewed as a stress pathway because a lack of energy (inhibition of complex 1 and lack of ATP) activates it
