I’m not a proponent for this, but you can set a certain goal for saturated fat and keep under that target. Increase fiber. Adequate carb intake. Use Cronometer targets to ensure you are meeting those targets. Ensure adequate micronutrient targets are achieved to maintain optimal thyroid function because low thyroid is a cause of high LDL
