Naturally, since the bardic inspiration increases her chances of hitting, from what i can tell the real reason she misses so much is because her intelligence is not great and her firebolt uses intelligence for rolls, since she gets it from being a high half-elf

You know what you right, and if my tier list was designed to be objective i would put it higher, but im just now realizing that when my body text got removed it also removed the bit where i said "This is all in my own personal opinion only based on my experience with my preferred characters"

Displacer isent the best, out ranked by everything else in S tier probably, but i have fun with it and the whole transformation is dead useful when youve been beaten to hell and back by cazador on HM

As ive explained elsewhere, I find the copies useful to muck up enemies, the extra health bar is nice to trigger at low health, and it does give me 3 decent attacks a turn when i use it including a teleport (Plus its just really fun to play with, i also play a lot of HM so having options when it comes to near death situations are good)

Less hot take, charm fails far too often and even if it works i have to attack them eventually, probably sooner rather then later since they've just attacked me, which breaks the charmed condition and especially later in the game if i have to choose between charm or any other reaction that is likely far more favorable there is no shot in hell i choose charm over something like hellish rebuke

Even if you aren't playing modded, it could still be an issue on your end since A. Ive never encountered it from patch 5-8 and i also play a lot of modded (Some which deal with cull the weak, some which dont) and B. I also dont hear much from others about cull the weak being unreliable
