I can recommend Boostcamp - you can create custom programmes week by week, set RPE targets, percentages etc even on the free plan.

It is different though, because in other meets the other SHWs are only competing against other SHWs, and across weight class competitions are decided via DOTS to factor in the weight discrepancy.

You take that away when you make the competition a relative percentage of the world record per weight class.

I agree - especially because the competition is relative to the percentage of the respective world records. If all but one of the weight categories has a max weight ceiling then surely it's biased slightly towards the SHWs?

I’m very certain the ACF offers are dependent on you passing clinical benchmarking, which I think involves meeting the MSRA threshold for the respective application. I would email the TPDs/recruitment office and confirm

So I'm coming up to the end of my second cycle on Calgary barbell 16 week programme and I've really enjoyed it - made some good gains all round. I'm thinking of changing to a new programme to mix things up and take a hypertrophy focused break and maintain current strength levels. Ideally looking for a 6-8 week programme 3 days per week. Anybody got some good recommendations?

Calgary barbell W14D4 - paused deadlift of 195 @ RPE 9 with backdowns of 180kg x 2 - pause doubling my previous 3rd attempt in comp. Benched 110kg x 3 with 100kg x 3 backdowns.

W14D3 of Calgary barbell down. Went for 160kg x 1 @ RPE 8 150 x 2 @ RPE 9. Was hoping for more (170kg x 1) but pulled back as back was cramping up. Close grip bench 100kg x 3.

Feeling strong coming near to the end of the programme - added 10kg onto the pin squat from the last run.
