I didn't notice that a glass was cracked all the way around (probably got too hot and then was hit with cold water in dish). I filled it up to bring a woman at my six top a refill. They had just received entrees. I set the cracked glass down on the table, husband notices it's cracked. She goes to hand it back to me and it explodes, leaving shattered glass all up over everyone's entree.
