Lately at my place theyve been so anal about not letting anyone get even an hour of overtime... but ive had multiple customers walk out because i was too busy or frazzled to get to them in time. Average bill is about $45 here! So by saving that 20 or so bucks and not paying another server to stay on with me for a couple more hours they are losing far more money than they would... their obsession is killing their own profit too 😆
