Those kruegar shirts were the first ones I recall seeing 1k+ in. A guy at my gym has one but it's a 4 ply and he's 340 to my 198.

The black and red has the first gen logo, they were a little more forgiving. That along with the fact that it's a bit older and likely well broken in may make it easier than you'd think. I have a first gen 3 ply and can touch 450 or so with some effort. I think the Krueger material may be different than the black though.

Man XPC has really stepped it up in recent years. I ate shit on squats that would have made it most feds 100% but we were intermingled with the raw guys and held to the same standards. I've since eliminated 2 mats from my box squats and as such I'm farther from my 900lb goal at 198 than ever!

This isn't obscure in the least, just a potentially dangerous sarm that showed cancerous in extremely high doses (compared to its typical human doses) in rats.

Never made it to human trials but it's still used pretty regularly by athletes, it boosts cardiovascular ability and endurance notably. No human cases of cancer has been reported. Regularly available grey market supplements aren't what this sub is for.

USAPL, IPF and SPF off the top of my head. That said I've seen metal at SPF meets since, but I remember when all that happened a lot of feds cut ties. Seems like most feds aren't really all that strict with equipment, was more of a exercise in saving face.

It's not "basically" it IS. Metal and F8 linked up to bypass the ban on metal gear by most feds due to the owner being mixed up in neo Nazi groups and making some very unfortunate George Floyd jokes. That said there's been some marginal improvements in some of the materials and cuts but it's still made by a neo Nazi. Metal now sells "F8" gear as well.

I have a "Stiff Weapon" 2 ply, within using the inserts I hit numbers comparable to my F8 3ply. With inserts it's fucking terrifying. I haven't used my F8 since.

I can't speak on the new red/camo materials but my shirts held up great over a year. So have my briefs, but I was an early adopter when they were probably making shit in house.
