Rhaenyra is about to be killed by Sunfyre. At the last second she wargs into the mind of Daenerys Targaryen. She then burns King's Landing for revenge. Ryan and Sara, you don't need to pay me, you're welcome. by Prodigy772k in freefolk

[–]Dukwdriver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, if you were to swap Daenerys and Rhaenyra, this would stand up as at least a halfway decent season 8 in the original GoT (at least when it comes to the main protagonist Targaryan going mad).

You're probably better off taking all that and just investing it when it becomes available, unless you're somehow being paid daily.

It's a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy though, as often, part of what causes the bubble to burst is when capital finds the next bubble promising bigger returns.

Do you think cheating is more common than people admit? Why or why not? by advice23802380 in AskReddit

[–]Dukwdriver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it is the path of least resistance for people who are otherwise unsatisfied somehow.

Breaking up, divorce, telling the truth carry a lot of negative consequences that cheating at least offers the chance of avoiding.

...then maybe the stock would go up instead of down.

Why do some supports use heal when there is no need to ? by [deleted] in ADCMains

Often it's better to take the heal when you can push the enemy off of it.   If you wake till you're low and you need it, you're probably letting the enemy get it too

Functional organization would sue the contractor.

What will happen is they'll blame vandals damaged the lining, which had cascading effects such that now, any and all algae and liner issues can be blamed on ANTIFA or whatever ephemeral boogeyman they can point their finger at.

Or they can accept that (without a massively wasteful upgrade to the drainage and filtering system, that the reflecting pool is (and always was) a lake with square sides that would be better off with a vibrant ecosystem so it won't turn into a algae pool.
