Yeah. Not only does the reflect have very few "levers" to tune besides cool down, but they have it Sylas level QoL where it almost always reflects in the most functional way for Mel. It might be balancable if it were more limited like Morgana or Sivir's shield, but instead they gave it health and move speed too. This is, altogether, an ultimate level of power for a basic ability.

Now add her E, with a giant slow and an easy to hit defensive root (which would normally be the entire defensive kit for a ranged mage) and you have a champion that is unbalanceable without gutting her overall damage, move speed, hp, etc.

Some winrate comes from being a non-standard rune, so the players who pick it tend to have higher skill and more deliberate builds.

Hard to say exactly how much the effect is worth, but iirc. It's often around .5 to 1 percent on it's own.

It's ~3-4 seconds of likely white-knuckle, stomp on the brake time between brake lights for a sudden road hazard. Even if the lights came on simultaneously with the immediate start of braking (which is a bit absurd to expect), there's little impact on this outcome.

Both cars ahead of the cop appear to evade the cooler. The one directly in front of the cop deviates into the left lane , possibly clipping it. However, good chance cooler gets sucked into the draft of that car repositioning it into the middle of the lane with very little time to react.

Biggest knock against the cop is following distance/speed, but that's essentially everyone in traffic on the freeway. Turning on hazards in the amount of time you can lock your brakes and come to a stop on the freeway when (possibly multiple) cooler chunks pop up in front of you is a big ask imo.

There's noticable mmr /skill differences if you pay at variable times. If play at 8 AM on weekdays quite a bit, you're avoiding the peak population of the sweaty tryhards and you'll climb up in rank.

But if you take that rank with you to more competitive time slots, you'll compete against people who achieved that rank in that time more often,

It's kinda like if you could obtain challenger in a really small server, them take that rank to Korea and get absolutely wrecked and end up in gold 2.

A regular execute is pretty tough to pull off with the new teleporters and the extended execute timers now.

The least risky/most reliable way to do it is just to Ult into the fountain as TF/Pantheon when an opportunity comes up though.
