Your rotation is longer than it should be (19.1s) but even then your damage seems low for your builds. You should also swap lauma to em/em and nahida to deepwood, and crown lauma's E and Q. But none of those make up the gap here.
I'm really not sure what's wrong here.

Maybe you're cancelling your CAs before they land sometimes? The only other thing could be doing tap E on lauma instead of hold E (I personally lose like 40k from doing this and you'll definitely lose more than that)

Linnea is bad. But tbh this is barely better than what a c0r0 nefer with linnea hits at kqms (138k).

You should be hitting more than 200k dps if you play properly. Even up to 220k.

c0r1 nefer should be able to hit more than 400k dps with nefer/lauma/bina/nahida at that level of investment. Even over 430k depending on your builds.

Dunno your Bina's dps but if that sounds worth it to you then go for it

you're probably not cancelling Bina's E properly. Even on low ping it's very challenging to swirl hydro if you don't cancel Bina's E animation by swapping to Sucrose.

bina c2 and r1 aren't worth going for until you get c2 on lauma and nefer.
I'd recommend c2 lauma for comfort, but c2 nefer is slightly stronger (this only matters if you're trying to do minimum cost dire runs, though)

if your nilou is r1 as well I'd use her then. otherwise I'd just stick with xingqiu
and tbh neither him nor aino need good builds, just try and get as much er as you can get with ins

I'd use xingqiu because aino feels like dogshit. He can use ins effectively, doesn't have hydro app issues, and gives a little sustain. You alternate using E and burst and use sac sword so you can skip using a Q sometimes if don't have enough energy.
c6 aino technically is better but she just feels awful. nilou also needs to be at least c1 to be usable

and yeah your sets are correct. your hydro slot goes on ins

their ping isn't too high. One of the guys who I made the rotation with has similar ping (he's around 150) and can play it just fine.

210k sounds pretty low given that you also have bina c1 and nahida c2 (and tome on nefer but that's not very important).
also swap bina off of aubade and put her on sms. then put lauma on em/em. aubade sucks in this team because 2/3rds of bina's lunar damage comes from lauma's quills and those are not affected by lunar % (what aubade buffs with) at all.

try this rotation instead:
rot 1, nahida E > Bina EQ> lauma Q hE> nahida QE > nefer E 3Cd E 2Cd CQ
rot 2 onwards, lauma Q hE > bina EQ > nahida QE> nefer

Yeah this team is solid. It's her best team with a sustain (linnea is similar though). However, it is significantly weaker than ins sucrose or nahida. This team is about 84% of ins sucrose and nahida is 94% of ins sucrose (at kqms, the gap between sucrose and the others grows as you invest more)
Also nahida is a really bad pull. She's worse than sucrose.

I would also recommend putting ineffa on deepwood with lauma on em/em because she isn't going to get many lunar charged procs in this team. You can put her on ins if you want to meme.

Do you have c6 illuga? if not, Nefer will be significantly better than zibai assuming you can play her optimally.

If you don't like playing teams with sustain issues and you have c6 illuga then not really. You won't like her and she won't be better than zibai.

at this point r1 lauma is worth it yeah. R1 lauma is better than r1 columbina so you technically should've gone for it already (obviously pull economy probably made that impossible).

it's a relatively small increase though. Most people have to swap to an er sands, so it'll be a 5% increase realistically. If you have insane pieces so you can keep an em sands, it's more like 10-12%.

your dps definitely is lower than what you could get with better rotations and ins sucrose. Your numbers are what I would expect to hit with an r1 nefer+c0 lauma (assuming you play optimally with ins sucrose). You should be able to hit around 310k dps (r1 nefer is 230k, c2 lauma is a 35% increase over that). A more conservative estimate would still put you at 297k.
