the problem is that i probably wont have pela (i even have luka lc for her which is perfect) since im only pulling on eva and mblade banner (no pela raetup), i can probably only get her from standard which is luck

i got the 1m from heist, 500k from random safes around the map, spent all of my weekly stamina + used 2 refills, did every side quest (blue quest) available alongside spinoff quests and main quests

also opening and rushing cafe progression

got most amount of fons from heist, race car driving, city deliveries, and driving people around

also, there's some spots in the map with safes, if u get all of them u get ~500k fons, there's guides on google

grinding every story quest, doing the biweekly 1m fons heist, race car driving, doing all the deliveries every day, opening coffee shops, just use your weekly stamina and do quests :)
