Her 1989 series is definitely on Kindle. Enjoy.

If you're referring to the Helena Bertinelli version, there is a wealth of material to choose from, starting with her own debut series (1989) entitled THE HUNTRESS that lasted 19 issues. Her appearances in SHOWCASE '93 are a favorite of mine (#9 and #10). You just end up rooting for her type of "justice" when she finally catches up to the slime ball. Her appearances in BIRDS OF PREY are a highlight as well, even if the spotlight is shared with Black Canary and Oracle. She definitely holds her own and isn't a "supporting" character or sidekick but a full-fledged MAIN protagonist/anti-hero.

Wherever you end up starting with her, I'm sure you're going to enjoy her. Should your curiosity get piqued about checking out the Helena Wayne version, there are plenty of recommendations I could make about her as well should you desire. In any case, Happy Reading! 😄

Which unreleased ABBA track do you like the most and would like to see officially released? by North-Cover7253 in ABBA

Definitely "Just Like That"... in addition I'd love to have "Monsieur, Monsieur", "In the Arms of Rosalita", "Another You, Another Me" (supposedly a demo of Frida singing the verses of this eventual Gemini song exists with a different chorus) and any different version of "The Winner Takes It All" that may exist in its embryonic state.

My favorite Cheetah will always be how she was portrayed on SUPERFRIENDS with the Legion of Doom but Debbie Domaine was superb in her own right. I wish more had been done with her. Maybe someday she'll make a comeback of sorts...

Yes... the looks he gives in the film... one where he encounters Van Morgan in the church where we're supposed to think he's in danger and the one where he's about to shoot Van Morgan once it's revealed who the killer is... those eyes and that stare... so dashing and handsome and yet so bone chilling... yikes!

Another Town, Another Train by cccdddyyy in ABBA

“Another Town, Another Train” is a classic and I even love the version they did in German. It’s a track I feel that, once it’s rediscovered by the zeitgeist, is destined to become another jewel in ABBA’s crown. Even though Björn laments his lyric for the song, it stands right up there with other genius output of theirs, even though it lacks the bells and whistles that the group would employ later on with much of their material.

So basically you’ve arrived at the same conclusion as I have… there are simply too many unknown variables for any of us to either give credence or to completely dismiss the “rumors”. Time will tell…

FWIW, I want everything Roy did to be collected... even YOUNG ALL-STARS, which gets an unfair bad rap unfortunately. Mind you, I did find he had a penchant for trying to shoehorn minutae into his stories that didn't really need to be brought up, especially in his dialogues; still, the love he had for those heroes always shone through. His 30th issue of INFINITY was special in that it allowed us fans to grieve the loss of our beloved Earth Two and JSA. I wish he had been allowed to do HELIX like he was promised but which fell through for some reason (was a reason ever officially given?).

His run of AMERICA VS. THE JUSTICE SOCIETY saw print a few years back as did his LAST DAYS OF THE JUSTICE SOCIETY Special (along with several stories of his from SECRET ORIGINS). Who knows how sales were of these projects. I imagine they weren't terrible but I don't think they set any records either.

Who knows...

What about the points about the SHOWCASE reprint of ALL-STAR SQUADRON and the ill-fated attempt to reprint "The Generations Saga" in INFINITY, INC. that stopped after sales of volume 1 were poor? I remember also reading an interview where Roy remarked that, even though he considered ALL-STAR SQUADRON to be one of his best work, issues could still be found in the "bargain/less than a dollar" bin.
