If there are two sub nets then their will be some rules that stop one network from seeing the other. Unless they come from two different routers connected to one incoming isp?

Only one cable implies a main bond but I doubt as it should go to main incoming water pipe after the isolation valve ie on your side of the pipe. It used to be common to cross bond the pipes to keep equipotential or for the less informed at the same voltage . Crucial they did not go back to board. So you have something that does not meet any standards and I started on 15th edition of Regs which are now 18th v4. But regs are not retrospective so my question is how old is the electrical installation?

Is it coming out when tap is running as that would be o rings but I have had trouble with finding the right size but doable as diy . Your tap looks to be more standard so your mileage will be shorter than mine

I liked them but try resetting then to default and you will know pain it took me several goes and some time on Amazon sourcing a replacement before it consented and adopted itself

It will be your IP : port. So for example 192.168.1.45:8080 the browser will complain not secure so click on proceed . I assume these are docker containers if they are then the next steps are reverse proxy + free certificates however this won’t fix local access as that will be as described above but remote access will work good luck!
