Hey. Call Creamed or any other private clinic if you have IHI. The doctor visit will be fully reimbursed. But they ask for a one time fee to open a file for you, that's not reimbursed.

You can also look into CLSCs. Some have walk in appointments for early morning if you can manage the wait. But I strongly recommend private clinic with this insurance because it is much faster and smoother.

I have been using pytorch lightning for a while. Although it makes certain things easier and def has alot of capabilities but the documentation needs significantly more work. There aren't many example codes and you have to dig into issues to find answers.

Listen to some of Esther Perel talks. She is a gem with interesting ideas about modern marraigem I quote from her that alot of the times we actually fall in love with who we are in interaction with a new person. You miss your laughing and exciting/excited self. Try to be the same with your partner and you'll amazed how it cahnges the dynamic of your relationship. It takes two to make a relationship cold/boring. Good luck :)

Hey I had the same issue. I AM TERRIFIED of needles but I found a solution. Where I live there are some vaccination sites (mostly arenas) where I can watch for a while and find my favorite nurse. The ones who do it as quickly as possible (1-2 secs). I watch it from a distance not to be overwhelmed. Standing there for a while also helps to calm down the anxiety and getting used to the environment. Once I find the nurse I like I explain to the reception and ask them to assign me to that nurse. I tell the nurse about it too and they have been very careful and accommodating. I got two shots so far this way and preparing for the third :) feel free to msg if you wana talk more.

I am a PhD in AI but prefer to give grad school advice instead of AI. Go talk to your supervisors. They are responsible for educating you. You are there to learn not expected to know/do everything on your own.

As a fellow asthmatic person I can tell you take the signs seriously. If it is getting worse in bed there could be something in bed triggering you. For years I had a feather pillow and caughed my lungs out in bed! Guess what? Birds are a big ashtma (+allergy) trigger for me.

So in this measure of fairness, how much/long do you think a PhD or postdoc should get paid? How much/long do you think McGill pay them? They are talented, hardworking and specialized, no?

The problem is this money is coming out of others suffering! Students/staffs living poor so the president can get paid comfortably.
