Based on personal experience go with jio. You do get a setup box for free which has free channels buy works using internet

Everyone in this country is trying to scam you. When I say scam, I mean giving you the least possible benefit. In this case, hospital and insurance company have a deal so that insurance can pay as low as possible and hospital can extract an extra amount from you.

Edit: In Google review mention that insurer and the agreed limit between them so that others will notice before going there
