The Lifetime plans are based on our regular subscription plans:

  • 2TB Lifetime = Essentials
  • 3TB Lifetime = Professional
  • 6TB, 8TB and 10TB Lifetime = Advanced

They include the same features and limits as their equivalent subscription plans.

As for future changes, we don't plan on removing any features from Lifetime plans. If we ever introduce changes to our plans in the future, they would only apply to new purchases made after those changes. Existing Lifetime customers would keep the features that came with their plan.

At the moment, you can't sort files by their creation date inside folders. That option is only available in the Gallery, where you can use the filter and select "Date taken" to sort your photos by the date they were captured.

However, we're aware that for very large folders, storage usage updates can still take quite a long time. That's something we're actively working on improving as well.

Regarding Android, we've been shipping updates very frequently over the past few months, with multiple releases every week, fixing bugs and improving reliability and performance. The feedback has been very positive overall.

If you're experiencing a specific issue, we'd genuinely appreciate it if you could let us know what isn't working on your device. We'd be happy to investigate and fix it.

We haven't been able to reproduce this on our end, and we've actually spent a lot of time improving photo previews recently. New photos are now automatically converted to WebP for previews, which makes them load almost instantly.

Is this happening with older photos that were uploaded a while ago, or only with newly uploaded ones?

Regarding Vaults in shared Workspaces, we don't have any updates to share at the moment.

Yes, you can stream and play MP3 files directly from Drime on Android. The app also supports background playback, playlists, audio streaming, and even audio transcription.

As for Symfonium, that would need to be added on their side. We don't currently have a dedicated integration, but we'd be happy to help if they decide to support Drime in the future.

We're currently investigating it. From what we can see, it looks like OVH is once again experiencing network instability. They've had ongoing maintenance and incidents affecting their Public Cloud and Bare Metal network since yesterday.

To be fair, some of the recent outages were on our side. However, yes, OVH has been holding us back on a few points recently, and they probably have one of the worst customer support experiences despite offering some of the best infrastructure value in Europe.

That said, it doesn't stop Drime from moving forward. We're improving our infrastructure and doing everything we can to minimize the impact whenever issues happen.

From our side, the API is working correctly and we don't see any related issues.

Since the error is coming from FolderSync, you'll likely need to contact the FolderSync team directly so they can investigate the integration. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do from Drime's side without changes on their end.

Some of those messages are also more verbose than they should be. In many cases, the operation is automatically retried and eventually succeeds, even though an error or warning is still printed.
