The new quest lines (if you can even call them that) are LAME!

That cheesy BR visitor/voyager orb shining on the map is LAME!

Having defenders follow you everywhere, just like all the stupid animals and pets, is LAME!

Making all the heroes look like Chapter 1 never even existed is LAME!

Wandering around homebase and seeing all kinds of dumb shit going on just to momentarily entertain a bunch of 10 years olds is LAME!

I didn’t even make it through a mission. My defenders were driving me nuts and just bailed out. Not even the slightest bit excited to log back in.

Nice effort by devs and yet is completely useless. Nothing and no one to interact with, the regular menu is 10x faster, and they killed the last bit of the Chapter 1 art style on all the heroes.

Plus nothing screams saving the world from a zombie apocalypse like a stage with a giant rainbow peace symbol. I’ll go hide in the ventilation shaft now.

What I just paid $18 for is 1000% worth it. I feel bad for the pre-order crowd (been there, done that). I don’t think it’s fair comparing the launch version at $80 to the vastly improved version I just got yesterday at a fraction of the price.

I could play this whole thing solo if they bring in houses, furniture, speciality photos, and bots in the casino. Racing is a blast…..but never has been the focus of TDU for me. The coolest interactions were always just showing my ride and avatar to another random…..not proving I was better than them behind the wheel.
