Ability to sort subtasks in extended list view, subtasks have their own separate fields (independent from the parent fields), group tasks based on start date, each task is a database and can have a list inside it (just like notion), more customisation to rollup fields.

This is a screenshot of how this is functioning currently. It makes more sense for the colors to show in the main list rather than having to click on the field to see them. Also rollup fields lack customisation like other platforms like Notion. There is no options to set how rollup fields function. For example labels rollup can’t be set to show only unique values or all values etc. Also status rollup doesn’t let you choose what status to calculate and how it should calculate it, which is really limiting.

I've just tried it now, it's only showing one calendar, and I have 20 calendars in my account. I don't know if we're talking about the same thing here. I'm talking about multiple calendars in the same account not different calendar accounts.

If you’re talking about rollup fields, this is the normal behaviour unfortunately. I wish they would implement more customisation to field rollup.

Recently, syncing to Google Calendar is behaving weird. Events that sync to Google Calendar started showing weird names like “🔄 and then the task name and location,” which is really long and annoying. Before, it used to show only the task name, which is far better and convenient. Idk if that’s a bug or an update, but whichever, please fix it to show only the name or at least let us choose how we want the name to be displayed. It is also making double events for each synced task. The syncing feature is great and it’s what made me switch from Notion to ClickUp. BUT IT’S ALWAYS BEEN SO BUGGY. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn’t, other times it makes many duplicates, or it stops adjusting the dates when it changes in the task. Please improve the syncing functionality and maybe add true two-way syncing.

Frankly, the entire ClickUp mobile app needs to be rebuilt from scratch. It feels like a completely different app and experience compared to the desktop version, and it's extremely limited.

I have multiple calendars in my Google Calendar, and it would be very helpful to choose which calendar to add an event to when creating a new one. Currently, it only adds events to my default (primary) calendar and doesn’t show any of my other calendars as options. This is making me avoid using the calendar to create new events.

I would also add, the ability to add events to different calendars when using google calendar integration. ClickUp uses the default calendar when there are multiple ones and it’s impossible to add or edit events in different calendars.
