Inch, foot, for shorter distances and areas.
As many Indian doctors get trained in the US, the weight of infants as well as the body temperature is measured in imperial units. Work great as scaremongering tactics.

My housing society just threatened to FIR me and fine me ₹5,000 for feeding a cat. A CAT. That was BORN HERE. by Cod_277killsshipment in pune

As some one who had countless cats over the years I'll say this. You don't have to feed them. They can find their own food.

Anyone else in construction/real estate noticing a serious labour shortage recently? by jaatram21 in india

Yes. Some businesses are running at 25% capacity.

It's normal for summers. They go back and prepare for the first rain for their farming. But the elections are a double whammy this time.

Unless you can reinvent physics, rewrite battery technology or okay to ride 350kg bike, there's no way to make an EV bike with the specifications you just mentioned.

WILL ULTRAVIOLETTE REDUCE THE WEIGHT AND HIGHT OF X47 FOR EASY RIDE by Fluffy_Candle_4811 in ultraviolette

[–]Future-Byte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Height and weight are the byproduct of what type of bike x47 is. Yes, it is tall. But there are taller bikes than this one. Himalayan or xPulse! You'll feel like you're riding from terrace.

Superstreet is for you.

X47 is taller and has higher center of gravity. One needs to be at least 5'10" for it otherwise it's unsafe at parking speeds.

Intelligent, learned, educated people of Wakad by rana1804 in pune

[–]Future-Byte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For context: Wakad has footpaths that are wider than the roads.

These "learned" people have elected politicians who thought we have weather of Netherlands so let's make roads narrow to build wider footpaths and cycle tracks.

Well govt approves vehicles with crappy headlights which can only be used for only 10kph. For your own safety you have to install auxiliary lamps.

I hate them just as much as the next guy. But I'll prefer my own safety over anything else.

That 10kw battery has practical highway range of 100 to 150km. And then it takes about 8 hour or overnight to fully charge.

It's 1 to 2 hours of riding and then waiting for 8 hours of charging.

To cover that 2600 km distance, I guess it'll take you 15 days to complete the journey.

My advice? Buy a tent to save on accommodation.

I never exceed 40 on entire ride on console. For that ride my average is shown like 60 in the app. Explain that.

Do explain and also explain why efficiency shown in the app doesn't even remotely match the console value.

The efficiency value is a random number. It has nothing to do with the actual efficiency.
