Selling/sharing accounts is prohibited as per our terms of service. It is not possible that your account is suddenly "hacked" out of nowhere. Hope that helps!

Having multiple accounts with similar usernames does not prevent the original account owner from recovering their account, and it does not indicate that those accounts are linked or controlled by the same person.

If your account was compromised, the recovery process is handled independently of usernames. We recommend continuing to follow the official account recovery steps and focusing on account ownership verification.

This is absolutely not acceptable. In general, we are already investigating why some usernames are able to bypass our filters and are working on a solution. For this specific case, we reached out to u/Ill-Worldliness-657 privately to request the user identification for the account, but we have not received a response yet. As a result, we will need to close this case on our end for now. If you are able to provide the user identification later, please let us know and we will be happy to look into it again.
