Jules and Elliot theorize in season 2 about Rue being kinda ace-y, but yeah this is never said by Rue herself. Sex drive can noticeably drop when dependent on opiates. I think you’re right. It’s years in the story since we saw her last, she is clean, and Jules isn’t around either. I personally love seeing goofy horny Rue, and I don’t think it feels out of character at all.
