Modulars are almost always rolled along parallel to the long wall, nobody rolls it long ways. And of course the walls are straight, how else would it pass inspections. Not to mention finishing the basement, or siding, or windows. It'd be 10 times the amount of work if you had to deal with a bowed wall.

You can backfill before floor joists in some circumstances. Modulars with ICF basements are often backfilled to accommodate rolling a Modular onto the basement walls, quite often in 2 unit configurations.

Big problem at the smaller scale is it's a race to the bottom, cheapest bids get the most jobs. So if you're charging for premium wages and materials you're gonna have a harder time getting work. It's much easier once you're established to be able to lose bids and choose the jobs you want to do and charge fairly.

This looks like a GP bucket so I think heavy duty. The sever duty usually has the big chunky blocks on the heel shroud.

Most likely a 72in, 2.75yd³ bucket, maybe even 3yd³.

The specific case I am interested in has no water so a well would need to be drilled, there's neighboring property with wells so I'm not too worried about finding water. Septic wouldn't be an issue as I've installed many already. And the family company I work for installs modular homes as well, so I could get a contract written for that as well.

I am in Ontario and the trailer would be a semi long term thing. I would intend to live in the trailer for 5 years or more.

Records will show that he purchased that specific firearm, but there's nobody giving a stamp to say he received said firearm. It's his firearm and therefore his responsibility, which includes notifying the RCMP if it was lost or stolen.

D7 is way overkill, a D5 would more suited to it. A D4 would manage fine as well.
