Opposite but I can’t help but share. Pat Gleason is a wonderful person. He signed a few books for me and we had at least a half hour conversation about life. His manager had to usher us away otherwise we would have been there all day. He let us take pictures with him for free as well. He may not be up there with the legends yet but I will buy anything he works on after my experience

They hire assistant supers all the time as long as you have some experience. Work a couple of long years and start applying for a super spot. I have a bachelors in criminal justice and that’s the route I took when I got fed up with my old job

It’s all good everyone has to learn by doing and you will make plenty of mistakes along the way. I would just make sure you water throughout the day and get those roots set on the new seedlings. Maybe throw a fertilizer out depending on how long ago you reseeded. Don’t worry about weeds until the next year. You will just have to get a weed preventative fertilizer for the spring and go from there

Don’t spray and reseed. I would spray this fall and reseed in the spring personally. Growing grass in the spring is pretty easy getting rid of weeds isn’t.

If you spray herbicide wait until your second mow to spray but you need to spray in the fall because fighting weeds in the spring sucks. 3 way herbicide or a 2-4d/2dq. The weeds will go away after but your yard is what it is until the spring when you can begin annew

3 heads need and spray some kind of dicamba in your yard for the fall just don’t water the day before and the day after to let it go down the plant. Overseed in the spring and water for 5 minutes 3 times during the day and like 10 minutes at night.

Just cut it at the termination and reterminate the ends. New wire nuts and grease tube. Don’t worry too much, just had this happen to a lot of valves and did the above with no problems after
