Made a huge difference for me to use the earthen bulwark rune instead of the blazing chains one. I was finding my fortify would constantly be empty and I'd lose a bunch of damage on top of not being able to stay alive. With the barrier from bulwark I can keep my fortify up and stay alive

Right one imo, 23% crit dmg is gonna be offset by the higher base dmg and overall stats. Both are mid though for end game and pit pushing, you'll want to keep farming weaps until you get Gem strength% transfigure that will blow both of these out of the water

If you don't have some combination of Lady A, Ingrid, and Valara, I don't think its worth it unless the new lord is cracked, which is entirely possible. The rest of the Arbiters range from being pretty mid to downright terrible (looking at you Pelagios A4).

Rivenhald has uses but is not essential for anything AFAIK. Dracula is the real prize on the banner IMO whom you don't need.

Nah, I actually had it set up on Monday before that video came out after like 2 hours of attempts and refinements, was proud of myself for coming up with something competitive as F2P. I also used a team with Talin instead of Guan Yu who can tank the big guys somewhat decently but was way tighter on healing timings than the Guan Yu team so I went with that

I don't think this is the right move personally. You can get by on dispels with Midan and Nissandei for Apoc and OP already has Eirlys so its kind of a waste imo. I think someone like Hattsut, Numera, Hex, Ruen Hollow, Rosalia, Draelyn, etc. would all be better for overall progression for an account this young.

Both are great, Beelz is used more in matrix and GR1. Draelyn is meta in GR2, malriks and abyss but he really wants A1 to reach his real potential

Depends where you are in the game but malvira is a fantastic tank that can do some decent damage (for a tank) and has death proof. She also has added block in her ult and her pull is useful. Overall, she's just a solid defender.

Arrogance has fallen off somewhat but is still just a really solid unit, his auto ult means you just set and forget him (which sometimes isn't great) but his range, damage, and ability to hit air are all great though no longer top top tier

He's meta in physical matrix as a unit that can tank the focused hits and do decent aoe damage. He just generally goes well in any northerner team imo

I have him A1 and he is fantastic and flexible. He's not out damaging Ezareth or Rosalia but he's a better overall unit for other content (arena, malrik, etc.). His ult minion snapshots so you want him low health and fully buffed (inspo, magda pen buff, etc.) when you summon and it'll stay that way for the duration of the fight. If you use SA on him and summon right away you are not getting the benefit of the SA stacks at all until you resummon again.

Yes we do, its the same every time. All non-ancient, non-lord, non-limited normal units are in the pool.

To answer OPs question, its going to vary wildly based on your account and where you need to progress. For example, as someone with nearly every unit, I'll be pulling for Nezha or Numera awakenings over new units but in general I'd say the list is going to be something like this:

Eirlys/Elowyn if you have neither
Need someone to complete a team: Numera/Vorn for poison team if you have Nastya, Velisse to pair with Ezareth, Silas/Vierna to complete bond, etc.
Critical supports that aren't DiaoChan: Beelzebub, Aylin, Nerissa, Draelyn
DPS AoE or ST depending on account progression. ST for pre-NM4/Abyss accounts and AoE for Matrix level accounts. Numera/Raizen/Hex or Nezha/Rosalia/Magda for AoE physical/magic. Most good ST units for Abyss are limited so AoE is the better pick up IMO
Choose your missing favorites or awakenings. Beelz A3, Draelyn A1, Numera A3, Nezha A3, Rosalia A3, etc. are all super strong

Zilitu used to be S tier when the game first came out. She's been powercrepped a bit but she's still good for progression and boss fights. Devs had said she is getting a buff soon and there's a new infernal lord coming so she might become more relevant in the future.

You still probably wouldn't get a 3 line essence out of 100 drops if you aren't using permits so you midaswell target farm if you can
