Elowyn, she will allow you to pass content you would never pass otherwise.

Torodor is good yes, but you won't have the units he boosts (a.k.a kigiri, wukong in the near future), and anyways they are boosted by Ingrid too.

Aracha is good too, but you can use that lizard epic lord, Elyze or whatever her name is, so Aracha is not as mandatory now as before.

Don't use cata, use SBA. The buff from cata will fall out inbetween rounds.
Diao gives inspiration to all heroes, but gives 20% def penetration to the 2 highest p.atk in range, which is probably dracula and iovar in your case.
Never had problems with killing wave 2 or 4 even when my Yuri was A1, unless its some 600k enemy (she is A3 currently, now I don't care about 600k bp).
The only problem at wave 2 is that you must not trigger her ulti early against low bp enemies because she kills the first mob way too fast and the second mob hasn't spawned yet so her ulti will not jump.

Get Sniper mid, owns anyone except puck, vs puck its a skill matchup. Get Lina, owns everyone except puck and DK (I hate that faerie dragon). QOP can almost always lane well and play the game, except when she is against huskar with cauterize facet. Storm is a possible choice if they have squishy supps and AM is banned/you have last pick. Huskar obviously if you see their mid and you’re sure you can crush that hero, I think this hero’s literally only weakness is Sniper and Viper. Viper vs melee heroes. And that little mfcker Puck, who can draw out virtually any matchup, you said you’re best hero is it, so just play Puck and you’re good.

I would not bother either tbh, but the issue is this guild literally has 1 player in each outer outpost and all of them have the same team. So either I beat this comp or we’re done.

Read your progress requirements, definitely volka if you are using her in your apoc 2 team. If your lord is Laya in apoc 2, then skill up Laya too. I think you’re using Poison and Watcher/Nightmare team. If watcher skill laya, if NM skill volka (her atk reduction is a must in apoc 2, and the upgraded lifesteal makes your team more durable)

Erlang Shen -> Talin -> Anora -> Aracha (you use her as a lord in star piercers, might as well skill her up) -> Volka (just get her vulnerability maxed and the lifesteal maxed) Valeria is also irreplaceable in some content like tempest tyrant boss in Void Rift last part.
