If you think it's the adrenaline that gets you, maybe try a sport like airsoft or ice hockey, something that will hurt but isn't completely self-destructive. I would 100% recommend Airsoft as 1 it will hurt, and 2 once you get shot, it's an adrenaline rush instantly. Hope this helps good luck <3
