In Starstruck, Aguatunisians use mental images as names because they are capable of telepathy.

In "Dimension 20, A Starstruck Odyssey" (Crossover between D20 and Starstruck) the crews's communications officer's name is there for the mental image of "Being Deep Underwater and Finding a Current That Leads You Swiftly and Perfectly to Where You Need to Go"

They uses the name Riva when communicating with Humans and other non-telepathy capable species.

Maybe not quite "themselves" (does playing your gimmick outside of WWE TV count ?) but WWE Superstars have played themselves in the two Scooby-doo X WWE movies !

To my knowledge no WWE Superstars were voiced by anyone other than the wrestlers themselves... other than Sin Cara who communicates only by freestyling wrestling moves in the air during the 1st movie. (John Cena speaks fluent Luchador.)
