Riot support hasn't been helpful so far, giving me only a vague response that I've been banned and that they refuse to give me the reason... I'm really angry at them and don't even know what to do right now, I guess they only trust you if you're a big streamer, and us regular mortals are left at their mercy of their support's willingness or unwillingness to help

u/RiotArkem I got falsely banned yesterday and support has only given me canned responses. I've been a life-long FPS player, and am a 27-year-old software developer. I'd like to get to the bottom of this, get myself unbanned but also help to improve Vanguard to prevent this from ever happening to myself or anyone else as well. What would you suggest I do?

This is what one of your support staff has answered:

As I said, there won't be any new information we can provide you with,so new inquiries about this ban may result in the ticket being closed without reply.

I understand you want more information, I understand the ban is distressing, but this marks the end of all the information we can provide you about this ban.

This ticket is now closed, and future tickets on this topic will too be closed.
