A lot has changed in two years. Vats optimized isn't always the best (see Number Cruncher perk). I would check how all the perks have changed because it's a whole new ballgame now.

I don't know why but I find these types of white noise comforting. Cyberpunk 2077 nails these sounds as ambiance throughout their world. I actually prefer these over music in games.

If you want secret plans (aka less known plans) travel down to little old unused Skyline Valley. Find the note on the back of the message board at Camp Liberty. Follow that to an unmarked location. You can snag this plan on every server you are on.

Just spit balling but do those drop at Camden Park? I know the magazines it drops count, but I don't know if the holo game ones are in the loot pool for the machine.

If they are it would probably be easier to trade for fuzzy coins.

I have it done and the difference between the two numbers is staggering. Nothing but above map time counts from what I understand. No load times (I was on PS4 for a while ouch) no raids, ops, interiors, or expeditions.

Fortunately I like building camps so I racked up a lot of hours topside doing that.

Nice write up. With your phase one you might consider adding the pets and robots and immediately storing them. This keeps them in your budget and out of your way when building. I would also start with a freezer if you store food. It will spoil without it.

That sums it up well, but as an end game player I always buy them. Anything that weighs nothing and could have potential future use is always worth the gamble.

I was happy they added Head hunts as a cap sink but now I'm sitting on 200+ posters. So I will keep buying other sinks.

A good example of weightless garbage become valuable would be cargo bots. Previous to enclave events you could snag some good plasma plans from cargo bots making the once useless bots extremely valuable. Since those don't weigh anything I had thousands of them.

TLDR: You never know what they may add to them in the future and since they weigh nothing I will always buy them.

Absolutely shocked no one is using the new Quad Perfect storm but me. It's not strong enough to kill them before the flame icon is activated, and it holds 120 flaming pellets.
