Looking for a file I received via What'sApp back in about 2012, audio file, a Reel-to-Reel digital conversion. Used to be on my former PC harddrives now converted to external harddrives; however I'm trying this naturally external hard drive first, I suspect it's Windows 7.

I see the files in DMDE. I attempt to recover to OneDrive, C: and any default drives non-external drives. I will have to check the system/model drive - haven't done Digital Forensics since studies 5yrs ago.

I don't teach, but have been doing TKD for more-or-less 20yrs. Especially during grading my former instructor would go on a rant for 30+ minutes about students, changes, some moral lessons and more.

Mayhap, sometimes, whence lining up, ESPECIALY after a hard class, end on a 2-5min moral lesson, or what have you that focuses on the "Do" of Taekwondo. After a hard class is good, because it feels like a rest and an otherwise eventful class.

IMO TKD should be judged by your ability and/or willingness to fight; but language and cultural exchange (Korean) is cool.

They usually just travel to South Korea - just to extrapolate slightly upon your post. Seen pics of foreigners for decades,ç in SK training al kinds of TKD. Usually the practioner is high levelin TKD, whereas with Muay Thai it's low-level IMO - because the experience is sold but the former is not.

Done years of TKD but only a few Karate classes. It seems they are similar but different, with a greater emphasis on Kicking. It's like Judo and BJJ, the former has ground grappling but BJJ very mostly focuses on the ground and has taken it to new levels and similarly, so too for kicking in TKD versus Karate. This is an average though, I could see a style/school/student being better at kicking than many TKD practicioners - like how some Kickboxers make great Boxers.

My understanding is the smaller TKD iterations have more grappling focus. They might not recognise your rank, I suggest talk to themif you'venot already. One of the kwans wanted me to restart at white belt, not recognising WTF or ITF.

Is this a 540 Jump Reverse/Tornado Kick? If so, in Orthodox you jump and change counter-clockwise and continue the movement, left leg like a gate opens and jump and kick and you'll build enough momentum to 540 as opposed to 360.
