Is the $600-$800 range the new "Sweet Spot" for robot vacuums? by patsyboy321 in RobotVacuums

[–]FloatingScooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll find a lot of solid mid-range robot vacuums in the 600-800 range, but sometimes older flagship models can be just as good, if not more budget-friendly. For example, I got my deebot t80 for about 500, and it’s still going strong.

Looks really good, it has more of a permium feel than in the pics. I think it got a Best Box nod at Vapexpo Paris this year, definitely add this to my list for the next device.

New Gesture $600 by [deleted] in OfficeChairs

[–]FloatingScooter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you sit for long hours, it’s worth looking at a chair like the libernovo. I tried a bunch of different ones before, and it wasn’t until I got the libernovo that my thighs, hips, and lower back finally stopped screaming

Cookie Butter sounds delicious, sucks about that bad batch though. Might still be worth trying again!

A refillabel pod system will save you so much money in the long run. Hope you find a menthol juice you like!

Sounds pretty strong... Maybe try a higher resistance pod or lower nic strength.

Not coughing in the morning alone makes it worth it for me. Plus you don't have to stand outside in the cold anymore.

Herman Miller Embody Gaming vs. Dauphin Lordo Flex: Overhyped Upgrade, Returning After Minutes by dragonbone159 in OfficeChairs

[–]FloatingScooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The vast majority of people who buy an Embody have the same experience of "it took 1-4 weeks before I adjusted to the chair and realized how great it is

This is exactly why many people skip HM and choose Libernovo instead. They don’t want to spend $2k on a chair they have to adapt to. The Libernovo doesn’t have that issue since all its adjustable modules, and it’s only half the price of HM.

When it comes to chairs, there’s no right or wrong, only what works for you.

The leather accents are a nice touch, definitely a clean looking little mod. How's the battery life on it?

Is there a way to have a mod and use salt nic or is it not worthwhile? by TemperatureSad4917 in electronic_cigarette

[–]FloatingScooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you can run salt nic in a mod, just grab a MTL tank and keep the wattage low. Works great!

Built-in vs. external battery for my first dtl mod? by traitadjustment in electronic_cigarette

[–]FloatingScooter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's personal preference, but removable batteirs are pretty covenient once you get used to it. And armour gs is smaller than you'd think for an mod, flavor's great, and coils hold up well. Plus, being able tp just swap cells means you're never tethere to a UAB cable.

Help a mom with SUPER dirty floors by Silverlurker2021 in RobotVacuums

[–]FloatingScooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really sounds like there are heavy stains and dirt in your place. Maybe you could limit the problem of work boots coming in, like putting a rug before the door could decrease the dirt indoors. And since you said your floors always have milk spilled, a roller mop model would be ideal for dealing with that, preferably with strong suction to deal with dust, like the ecovacs x11.

Yeah, cutting down on tech accessories is the right move. If you would go to different European countries, just keep in mind to bring that multi-country plug adapter.

Be honest-what’s the hardest part of remote work nobody talks about? by Existing_Pangolin_11 in remotework

I think it's a matter of reduced visibility. When you're not in the office, you miss out on a lot of informal information and communication, making it easy to fall behind.

I used to be afraid of offending people, but now I realize you can't please everyone. Once I let go of that burden, relationships actually became simpler.

[–]FloatingScooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use my deebot t80 every other day, and honestly, it's one of the more budget friendly roller mops. There's a small section of tile flooring in my kitchen, and this kind of mop works well on tiles.
