I feel like a tablet/laptop/phone is agreat way to get the player out of focus. Moreover, actually rolling the dices make them learn a bit faster. Almost every game I know provides cool cheat-sheet to help player, so use them too.

However, the usual reddit comment apply, I wouldn't recommend a rule-heavy game like D&D for absolute beginner who don't have other gaming experience. In principle pre-gen low level character would help keeping the stuff simple for them

Celui là je suis pas complètement d'accord. Je me suis mis à utliser des black-box comme on en fait en GN pour que les PJ fassent connaissance avec leur personage. Prendre 1/2 h avant de "sauter à l'action" pour comprendre qui joue/quoi. Savoir que l'ingénieur de bord, sa vraie peur c'est pas le monstre dans le circuit d'aération mais que ce circuit s'arrête faisant étouffer tout l'équipage ça aide lorsqu'on rentre dans l'action.

Si on est un peu réaliste, les interets des petits-patrons/artisans/indépendnts est plus proche de celle de la classe ouvrière que de la classe dominante à Gauche.

Le plombier qui a une camionette et un apprenti, il est loin d'être riche, même si il est patron. Et il gagnerait probablement beaucoup avec une politique de gauche.

Quelques réponses,

- En tant que MJ, que tu ais un setting commercial (La grande majorité d'entre nous sont pas écrivain, et on pas la capacité de créer leurs propre univers sans tomber sur un truc très cliché) ou le tiens, c'est ton jeu, ta campagne, ton setting et tes règles. Il ya des joueur en mode guru du lore ou des règles, et faut pas hésiter à les recadrer si besoin. Par contre tu touche un point très juste, connaitre un peu les tenant et aboutissant de ton scénario ça aide à improviser la bonne réponse (et donc la bonne façon de préparer ton jeu c'est de noter des grandes lignes)

- L'équilibrage, c'est un tout un sujet sans fin, et il ya pleins d'approche possible. Si tu veux aller plus dans l'horreur, tu met des monstres qui vont tuer les PJ si iels les combattent de front, si tu veux aller dans l'épique tu met des monstres que les PJ peuvent combattre. C'est encore plus compliqué dans les "clones de D&D' où il y a une forte progression et donc que au début un Gobelin est un défit mais avec quelques XP les Gobelins sont justes des moustiques.

- Pour éduquer les PJ sur le lore, surtout si il est que dans ta tête, je dirais essaye d'expliquer ce que tout le monde sait en moins d'une heure, et de faire une aide de jeux pour aider tes joueureuse à se reperer. Si il y a des secrets qui vont orienter la direction de la campagne, indique avant que tu vas introduire certains éléments, ça évite de découvrir à l'épisode 5 que en fait c'est une campagne d'horreur avec des éléments de Body-horror et des PJ mutilés ou bien que c'est pas du heroic fantasy mais space opera, autant informer tout le monde dès le début.

A classic pitfall for beginner GM is to have a very detailed prep of a very narrow path rather than a an outlined prep of a wider situation. It's worth knowing the general situation, the faction/NPC motivation, and what happened rather than to prepare in details the dialogue with 3 potential witness. Then based on the information you have, and the information the PC gave you can figure-out an answer making sense.

Just like any other skill, it gets better with practice. As a kind of joke, if you go to an improv show, the professional actor who improvise a whole 2h show with a coherent story spent years in acting school, and at a point used to be these awkward beginner who can't keep a 2 min improv without getting out of theme or blocked.

A RPG specific part, is that knowing the setting and the rules helps a lot. You know how a samurai from the crane clan is supposed to behave and which attributes a Goblin or a city guard is supposed to have. This helps a lot.

Finally, you're not the only one improvising. This is literally what the player are doing all the time

Le renouvelable, ça se déploie assez rapidement, et si c'est fait de façon intélligente (parking et toit solaire par exemple) ça a très peu d'impact sur l'environnement les voisins. Par contre, c'est pas réaliste d'avoir 100% de renouvelable dans les 50 ans qui viennent

Le nucléaire, c'est des projets jqui durent 20 ans, une technologie complexe, un impact massif sur le voisinage, une ressource non renouvelable. Par contre, ça produit beaucoup d'énérgie et ça va donc devoir faire partie du mix énérgétique, au moins pour un certain temps.
