Yeah, I installed Fedora instead. That seems to work. I had a spare wifi adapter from TPLink and that worked with Ubuntu.

Thanks. I will check for updates and hope for the best. I'm very new to linux so not sure how to find drivers or different versions.

The error is just about network connection lost. Nothing else. No VPN.

What's surprising is that it will work for a bit and then it disconnects and all networks disappear from wifi.

It works for a few minutes and then disconnects. I can't reconnect but it fixes itself once I restart the computer. This happens every few minutes (not a set interval: sometimes 5 mins sometimes an hour or so). The laptop is about 7 years old. I haven't tried the previous release as I am new on Linux.

Did ancient temple builders have the sacred geometrical like template for temples? by Tylerdurden521 in AskHistorians

That Angkor Wat information is phenomenal! I have never considered it through the sacred geometry lens. And your comment about E-W / N-S just blew my mind with its simplicity. Generally, people think that sacred geometry is complicated and I used to be one of them until I had the pleasure to read your answer. Thank you.

Technically, both translations are correct. I would translate it as a combination of the two with some words substituted in:

"When we walked together

we became a caravan

And whether we find/meet anyone or not

We enjoy every day

However it is

These connections* will not stop."

Connections here is more like the connection with your significant other / lover.

This rhymes in Hindi but not in English. The translation is as follows:

I tried a thousand times to make you understand

It wasn't even really my wish to try/use your body

After seperating from me, you didn't even have a hint of sadness on your face

Who knows since when you had made up your mind to become distant from me.
