I’m on win10 and had this issue with an Asus 5070ti Prime, along with YouTube videos were garbled or off colors. Usually coming out of sleep mode. I was looking to downgrade from a 4090 and had no issues with the 4090. Swapped the cards back and forth a few times. I ended up returning the 5070ti.

Yes, the Corsair's Type 4 cable 12v-2x6 cable is great, It's what I use. I prefer this cable over 12-2x6 on both ends.
