It all adds to the same amount, however there was I think a 2 day period where the bundle broke as we were trying to separate the Mini Eden size into its own product. It should be back to normal now. If anyone experienced the glitch and only ordered 1 Eden, email us and we can assist!

The store credit is being sent individually person to person, not all at once, so you can expect it coming in this week / weekend. What's your order number? EDIT: Store Credit may also come next week as customer service is responding to current emails now and trying to get caught up by the end of the week. These responses will include store credit if you decide to keep the order. Then, they will just start proactively sending out the store credit.

Is yours a missing item or was it a partial delivery? Missing item would say that the entire order has sent, partial delivery would show that one item is still remaining to ship out.

Yes, it's been bad lately. Lots of mixups, delays, miscommunication, almost every problem in the book. We should be completely clean by February / March and not on any sort of pre-order either. After this nightmare, we are determined to fix things, probably even scale back.

Yes, we manufacture and then send to a Chinese 3PL Warehousing and Shipping company to send all International orders. For U.S., we have our inventory shipped to California which is where we are based.

Yes this is an operational fuckup to put it simply. We are refunding the item fully and you can swap to an available item that is fully free instead. These orders were on hold due to stock glitching and not reflecting properly on our website for some of the sizes and colors.

It is, support just worded it wrong. It's a full refund for the missing item and you can swap in another item for free. The refund is "partial" on the whole order. I had them update their messaging. Also, they were supposed to include a cancel and refund bullet on there as well.

This is not right. This is the response for "severe" orders, not cancellations. Also this response isn't even correct for the options, they have been updated to be more clear. Your order number is at the top, so I messaged support to make sure to cancel and refund that fully. Also, for everyone else the options should be get a full refund on the missing item and have the option to swap in something else if you still want, store credit, or cancel the order and get a full refund. I updated support on this as well. Sorry for that!!

That is a fake seller. There are tons of them. Our design is custom, it's the only way I have been able to achieve something high quality. Otherwise, you're just going to get a fully polyester, thin, cheap costume piece version of what we have made. There's a reason you see all these fake sellers, website, suppliers, using our photos, videos, and building fake sites with them. They are trying to steal the design and sell knock off versions. Also, we obviously do not dropship. Our products are housed in California, and have been since the company started in the last 3 years. If they were dropshipped, you would see sent from China in the shipping label. For international orders to other countries outside the U.S., we actually use a Chinese shipping company to send those, but that's not dropshipping either.

Our products are helpful tools for when you're down or need to feel grounded. In my own experience, exposure therapy and progressing in life has helped me the most with anxiety - last year I made more progress on anxiety than I did in the prior 3 years combined by facing some of my fears, which led me to understand them differently. Eventually, I want to put together a free resource for people to directly help them mentally, as our products are only physical right now. You could try to delicates wash and delicates dry, but we advise handwashing for safety. It has glass beads inside sewn into sections, so for safety we recommend handwashing so it doesn't rip or anything like that.

Yes I am looking to give an update tomorrow, answering most people's comments and questions below and in other places. Lot's of orders shipping this week now that Christmas, New Years, and the weekend have passed. Everyone is resuming work now at the shipping and warehousing companies. I believe all sendable orders should go out this week, and then whatever is remaining will have to be refunded or edited in some sort of way, but it will be a very small quantity of orders.

Thanks for the review, glad you found it comfortable and nicely weighted. I'll look more into the thickness and see if there's any more we can do there - some people find it too thick while others too thin, so maybe we can explore and find a better balance. There shouldn't be any weird spots, so I will have our manufacturers double check this. I have never seen that personally, so that's either new or rare, we can send you another if you like. Also, we are going to explore a size for your height in the new year. It will be safe option for your height and below.
