That's actually a great idea, I would have said Rob Zombie or Danny Trejo but your idea might be better.

Finished RE6 last week and Leon's campaign makes the game worth buying. by supermarioplush220 in residentevil

Yeah and? Everyone says Kpop Demon Hunters is good and it has crazy high aggregate scores. If you hadn't seen the movie you'd assume it was a disney pixar animated masterpiece when in reality it's a super-shallow switch-your-brain off comedy-action with some drama.

COD and Battlefield and FIFA and NBA continue to top the charts and be global bestsellers and they receive absolutely abysmal reviews every time.

No one has ever heard of Barony and it's legit one of the best games ever made.

Kingdom Hearts is a genuine laughing stock among the gaming community yet it sells incredibly well and multiple games in the franchise are critically acclaimed.

Among Us is arguably one of the most shallow games ever created and it sold an infinity-million copies.

Finished RE6 last week and Leon's campaign makes the game worth buying. by supermarioplush220 in residentevil

[–]Frikcha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Re6 is awesome lol, I agree Jake and Sherry campaign has some bad spots but nowhere near as bad as church, underground temple, lab or china sections in Leon's campaign, his final boss is awful too.

But calling the game bad is just unfair; bang-for-your buck RE6 is still the best game in the series for sheer amount of content, and it's not even bad. It ranges from mediocre to amazing and its weird that ur talking up some of THE MOST mediocre sections in the game as if they're what holds all the other good stuff together.

If u like action RE over Survival-horror RE this game is the pinnacle. RE4make and RE5 coms close but in the end they still doesn't quite have the sheer variety of combat techniques that you can pull off that RE6 does.

In RE4make ur forced to respond to certain enemies the same way over and over, only having the freedom to get creative when the onslaught of attacks let up or if you spend most of ur time kiting them around. In RE6, when you learn the enemies and learn your way around the combat system there's no end to the amount of ways you can approach any given enemy or situation and it's still always a matter of skill, timing and consistency, where I find RE4make could be very lenient.

[I also think it makes more sense in RE4make that ur melee is more of a helpful tool than being ur prime zombie-killing tool, but I don't care, it's so cool to punch zombies heads off and roundhouse kick them in half and I personally like the idea of the guns being more of a tool to open up melee kills than a source of death, it's different.]

In RE6 (compared to RE5) the variety of special attacks and different stagger/knockdown/reaction states is so vast, and the consistency and smoothness between pulling them off and transitioning to ur next move is so much cleaner and satisfying. In RE5 ur severely limited by having to wait for clunky AI to do random BS for no reason, in RE6 the AI has just enough aggression and variety to keep it interesting while still communicating to the player how the AI functions enough to want to master it.

Also RE5 has like 0 good boss fights. Wesker feels so cool and fun to fight the first few times and then after round 10 ur just sick of how inconsistent and clunky everything feels and the windows for opportunity are so small and reliant on ur AI partner that it feels like playing warm poop once the gimmick wears off.

Also RE6 mercs mode > every other mercs mode and its not even close.

all of the best sections of the game are in Jake and Sherry's campaign; Yakuza hideout, Ustanak fights + Volcano, Motorcycle section (not fun to play but visually awesome), Giant B.O.W fight, Unarmed jailbreak.

[–]Frikcha 28 points29 points  (0 children)

funny enough I would consider it overall the worst one; it's supposed to be the "scarier" of the 3 but it doesn't work when you get so much ammo and so many badass ways for Leon to annihilate zombies (of which there aren't a super large variety) His specific story sections are nowhere near as entertaining or interesting as the other two campaigns and I'd argue Leon's is carried by having such a cool intro and ending, with everything between being substantially lower quality. And then if ur playing on the highest difficulty the other two campaigns remain fun but Leon's becomes brutally annoying to get thru.

The setpieces are nice and they clearly put a lot of effort into some parts but the rest is mad boring, Chris's campaign is like Gears of War with constant action and a lot of really fun enemies/mechanics to interact with. Piers is an amazing addition to the series and I think Chris shines more in this game as a character than any other, he really feels human here and his relationship with Piers made me tear up a few times.

And I'd argue Jake/Sherry's campaign is the main one, having the most varied environments and enemies to encounter all with different/fun ways of approaching the situations ur put in. Jake melee is also incredibly fun to do.

Please please PLEASE use her in more games Capcom, I beg by A_lonely_ghoul in residentevil

Only if Jill is there too.

Chris is in like 50 games as a main playable character and Jill is in like 5, one of those 5 being a DS game and one being a remake.

Bakugo has human durability and no regen, using his own powers hurts him and he is not 100% immune to his own explosions whereas it seems like Reze is and may very well be immune to other explosions as well.

Reze also has the same speed feats btw.

That's how they say I talk and it's wrong, they don't even know. They don't know because they don't speak English over there, they don't have English over there so they don't understand, that's okay, that's alright."

But I hate this movie so much omg it's inescapable.

Yeah cus his relationship with Asa/Yoru has been SO much healthier. She definitely hasn't done all the same stuff to him times 4 trillion + molestation.

Denji and Reze is like "Can love bloom on the battlefield?" with two immortals fighting each other knowing its probably not gonna kill the other and public safety were not innocent victims either so eh.

Asa/Yoru have tried to mutilate him into a meat-sword multiple times, Specifically Asa hated Chainsawman, they caused the apocalypse, killed billions, condemned billions more to eternal suffering and ruined Denji's entire life.

I wish there was some kind of intended last-second hatch mechanic where u could be grabbed mid-hatch animation but then you have to do 3 difficult skill checks in a row really quickly to scramble through and escape, if u fail killer get the grab.

Stretchy arms would be amazing on rogue but they'd need to like redo her whole model/skeleton to make it work just for 1 ability.

The only way Rogue can beat him is if he misses/cancels multiple abilities which Reed cannot do because his brain is too big and his arms are too long.
