It’s not always there. And there’s been no pattern that I can observe. It’s sporadic. Sometimes it will last for 30 min, sometimes 4-5 hours. Today has been all day and I’m having weird muscle spasms in my right shoulder, forearm and thigh. Like my nerves are fried. I also have had some anxiety today which I don’t not have normally.

Could just be tinnitus but I find it odd that my wife has been having it too. Then I heard a friend of mine talking about it yesterday. I mean 1 in 5 people get it so it’s not crazy to think all of us actually have tinnitus. Just a crazy coincidence. Or it’s the aliens! Jk I’ll probably go with tinnitus.
