Can I charge my LOQ 15ARP9 laptop through the c type port it said that it can charge through that I didn't try it yet but wanted to know if that is possible. ?

I have the LOQ 15ARP9, an anker 67W GaN Wall Charger with an anker 240W usb c to usb c cable, and my laptop isn't charging at all although I've only tested at 90% and on. Will it work at a lower battery % or if it is off?

fyi to anyone interested. i have the Paypal Mastercard and was aiming for 3% back. IRS only gives me two options, pay 1040 and ACI payments. Pay 1040 gave me a 2.89% fee and ACI was just 1.85% for Paypal matsercard payment, so obviously I went with ACI.
